Dampier's Round Barn Dance

A night out for the whole family or just you, with or without a partner. No previous experience necessary because the caller, Barbara Dunn, takes you through all the moves so you know what to do - but if it all goes wrong, that's half the fun. Stars, do-si-dos, baskets, maybe even a ladies' chain are all part and parcel of a Barn Dance or Ceilidh. Dampier's Round are well known on the festival scene, appearing at Sidmouth and Whitby Folk Weeks again this year. They provide the foot-tapping music for the dances, and some beautiful tunes and songs for in-between the dances.
